Assemble the information ~ Organize before you write

 

    3-5 Organize and save all information

    • Use folders in your home directory on the school network.

    It is important to create a folder for your research project.


    Make sure that you give it a meaningful name.

    Inside your main research folder create other folders to organize your research materials, outlines and graphic organizers, drafts of your paper, and Works Cited page.

    Save an extra copy on a flash drive and/or email it to yourself.
